Oven operator wanted in Auraiya

Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Auraiya, Uttar Pradesh. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. 4+ years on the tools preferred. ₹1,200 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
