The role involves: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Clear and reset tables between covers • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
