Day to day you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); upsell starters, desserts and beverages; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change 3+ years on the tools preferred.
