Grill cook wanted in Kura

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Kura, Kano State. Day-to-day duties: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
