Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits.
