Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Champaign County, Illinois. The job is at a cloud kitchen. You will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
