Trainee butcher — Isuikwuato

What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On the job you will handle: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
