Now hiring: kitchen porter (Kano State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Ajingi, Kano State. You will be based in a hospital canteen. The role involves sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
