Powder coating technician • Markurdi, Benue State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Markurdi, Benue State. Your main tasks: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime ₦75,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
