CNC mill setter-operator — Kitsap County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Kitsap County, Washington. You will be based at a busy machine shop. The role involves: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control You should have: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Able to grind and set HSS cutters At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
