Kitchenhand wanted in Takum

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Takum, Taraba State. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
