You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Your main tasks: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
