Vacancy available: catering cook (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Sandwell, England. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You will prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
