The role involves: • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
