Pastry baker wanted in Johnson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Johnson County, Illinois. You will work in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On the job you will handle: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Score the top of loaves before baking • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
