Head baker wanted in Castro County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Castro County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
