Garden maintenance worker wanted in Ingham County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Ingham County, Michigan. You will be based at a private estate garden. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors Day-to-day duties: • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $240 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
