Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma. Day-to-day duties: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
