Now hiring: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Guyuk, Adamawa State. The job is in a steel fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins Requirements: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Current medical and eyesight certificate At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. We offer ₦100,000 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
