Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Esan West, Edo. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
