Restaurant steward wanted in Clackmannanshire

Vacancy available: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Clackmannanshire, Scotland. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. On a typical shift you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; check back during the meal and handle special requests. You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
