Skimming plasterer wanted in Stephens County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Stephens County, Georgia. The job is on a busy domestic building site. Day-to-day duties: • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
