Urgent requirement: meat cutter (Taraba State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Kurmi, Taraba State. You will work in a supermarket meat department. On a typical shift you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Rotating shifts.
