Immediate opening: we are hiring a sausage maker in Warren County, Georgia. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. On a typical shift you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
