Confectioner wanted in Mitchell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Mitchell County, Texas. On a typical shift you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
