Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Ede South, Osun State. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer.
