Fabricator-welder • Idah, Kogi State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Idah, Kogi State. You will be based at a stainless steel fabrication shop. The role involves: • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp What we are looking for: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₦1,050 per hour, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
