Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Culberson County, Texas. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day-to-day duties: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes 5+ years on the tools preferred.
