Landscape gardener wanted in Jahun

Immediate opening: we are hiring a landscape gardener in Jahun, Jigawa State. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors Day to day you will prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₦1,250 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
