Pastry baker — Bibb County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Bibb County, Georgia. You will be based at a cake shop. Day to day you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time with occasional weekends.
