You should have: • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app • Clean riding record with no major traffic violations Your main tasks: • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time • Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end • Load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point 4+ years on the tools preferred.
