We are recruiting: metal caster (Uttar Pradesh)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a metal caster in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh. The job is in the melting bay of a steel foundry. Day-to-day duties: • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles Ideally you have keen eye for casting defects during inspection; physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings; able to read simple casting drawings and job cards. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
