Shuttering carpenter wanted in Nguru

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Nguru, Yobe State. You will work on a busy construction site. On the job you will handle: • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists Ideal candidate: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Own basic hand tools • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
