Day to day you will wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code. You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Rotating shifts. ₹13,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
