Container truck driver • Egbedore, Osun State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a container truck driver in Egbedore, Osun State. The job is in a refrigerated transport fleet. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence On a typical shift you will keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
