On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 5+ years on the tools preferred.
