Great opportunity: we are hiring a blocklayer in Sumter County, Florida. You will be based at a renovation and extension job. The role involves installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel. You should have: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
