Confectioner wanted in Oron

Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Oron, Akwa Ibom State. Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
