Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based at a halal meat counter. Day to day you will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. You should bring confident knife skills and safe blade handling; clean, presentable and friendly at the counter. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
