Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Jackson County, Wisconsin. Day to day you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time with occasional weekends.
