Now hiring: we are hiring a waitress in Biu, Borno State. You will be based at a beach resort. Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service The role involves: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Six days a week, one day off.
