Back-of-house cleaner — Ethiope East

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Ethiope East, Delta State. You will be based in a hospital canteen. The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
