Immediate opening: kitchen cook (Manipur)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Tengnoupal, Manipur. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat We are looking for able to stand for long shifts and work in heat; sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
