Toolroom milling operator — Shani

Immediate opening: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Shani, Borno State. You will work in a die and mould making unit. Your main tasks: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience 4+ years on the tools preferred.
