Join our team: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Gem County, Idaho. You will be based at a halal meat counter. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
