Meat cutter wanted in Sheffield

Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Sheffield, England. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Contact us to fix an interview.
