Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Asari-Toru, Rivers State. The job is on a residential tower site. Ideal candidate: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Your main tasks: • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
