Vacancy available: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Lokoja, Kogi State. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Day-to-day duties: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust 5+ years on the tools preferred.
