Bread and bun maker • Kudan, Kaduna State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Kudan, Kaduna State. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Rotating shifts.
