Urgent requirement: crawler dozer operator (New Mexico)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Eddy County, New Mexico. You will work on a dam or embankment job. The role involves refuel the machine and record running hours; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil. Requirements: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant We offer $18 per hour plus benefits.
